Junior Underwriter
To administer short-term insurance underwriting according to Insurer mandates.
Quoting (domestic and commercial) in line with Insurer Mandates and Company Policies on Tial and Quoting Templates.
Issuing of new policies (domestic and commercial) and endorsements accurately.
Renewal of policies (all policies per broker allocation).
Implement corrective measures and underwriting of policies following claims.
Issuing confirmation of cover.
Electronic filling of all correspondence sent and received.
Adhering to Company service levels.
Conduct policy checks.
Follow up on outstanding information.
Assist brokers with all queries.
Assist with policy queries on MAP.
Meet service levels and adhere to turnaround times.
