This individual will be responsible for the effective management of a Sales team,
- Create Targets and Goals or your team(driving sales to achieve the target)
- Recruitment planning and interviews
- Dialer time management
- Train and Manage call center staff
- Scheduling / Administration
- Handle customer inquiries and correspondence
- Complete a range of Administrative and Management tasks
- Adhoc duties
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- 1-2 years experience in a sales environment including administrative duties
- Traceable References
- Own Reliable transport
