Requirements:
- Diploma in maintenance/trades or equivalent (Certificates must be submitted as proof)
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance (lodges, camps, hotels)
- Valid driver’s license with PDP, tractor driving experience, and 4x4 driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance systems including electrical, generator, solar, plumbing, building, roads, air-conditioning, refrigerators, gas heating appliances, power tools, pool & jacuzzi maintenance
- Sound knowledge in property & vehicle maintenance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to train and lead maintenance assistants
- Adaptable and flexible to changes and problem-solving
- Hardworking, mature, and hands-on with sober habits
- Brilliant general handyman
