You will:
- Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
- Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
- Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

The Junior Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. This role will involve managing sales activities, negotiating sales Key Performance indicators, and ensuring customer satisfaction. ensuring the delivery of budgeted volume targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the FMCG industry.
- Manage sales activities and closing deals.
- Manage contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer metrics are achieved through negotiation and delivery of joint business plan
- Drive service levels with incremental improvements by working closely with the customer.
- Tailored promotional strategy delivered in line with customer expectations and Mondelēz framework.
- Work with category / shopper team to create shopper and category strategy by customer.
- Execute pricing strategy in accounts and execute pack/price architecture change.
- Assist in Developing Account Plans
- Managing Operational compliance in line with business performance indicators
- Ensure Customer Compliance in line with Business processes.
Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement sales plans for assigned key accounts.
- Set sales targets and track progress against these goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Manage customer and people queries.
- Ensure audit compliance.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor activity and develop strategies to differentiate the company's products.
- Stay up to date on industry developments and regulations.
- Customer reporting knowledge
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Provide insights into customer needs and market trends.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- P&L understanding and execution
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with Buyers.

Education / Certifications/Experience Required:
- BCOM Marketing, or a related field.
- FMCG experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of products, retail, margins, national account management.
- Ability to drive innovation, generate unique solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Performance driven and accountable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license.
