We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their design career to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for a variety of media including digital, print, and social platforms.
- Support the design team in the development of marketing materials, including brochures,
flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help conceptualize creative ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure that all design work meets project
requirements and deadlines.
- Revise and edit designs based on feedback from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and
attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent
practical experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a professional or internship capacity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Canva, Capcut). Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to design revisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
