Jnr Duty Manager
A wonderful opportunity awaits for YOU to join this dynamic team & work in a luxury 5* boutique hotel in the City of Cape Town.
Duties would include & not limited to:
Meet & Greet of guests
Handle enquiries via telephone & email
Provide quotation for reservations
Arrange airport transfers
Assist guests with concierge duties, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, tourist attractions
Check rooms / penthouse that they are up to standard
Ensure the pool area is attended to
Assist guest with any grocery items to stock their in-house fridge prior to arrival
Arrivals & departure procedures
Deal with guest complaints or escalate if & when required
This role would suit a new Hotel School Graduate with some practical experience in a boutique hotel
Able to work weekends & flexible working hours
Well groomed
Excellent verbal & written skills
Warm & enaging personality
