Intermediate and Senior Phase Teacher: Grade 5-7
(Dual-medium class)
Afrikaans Home Language/ English Home Language
Minimum requirements:
· Proficiency in teaching in English and Afrikaans (Home Language)
· Qualified B.Ed Intermediate/Senior Phase or similar qualification
· SACE registered
· Clean criminal record (Police clearance mandatory)
· Proven experience in teaching English Home Language & FAL, Life Skills, Life Orientation and Art in the Intermediate and Senior Phase (Gr. 5-7)
· Trained CAPS
· Applications must have at least 2 year experience in teaching English
· Experience, especially in teaching Art, would be preferred.
· Candidates should have the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
· Must be able to maintain a positive classroom environment
· Demonstrated evidence of the ability to think critically and problem solve appropriately
· Strong inter-personal and communication skills
· Candidates should be able to contribute to the extramural activities
· Ability to integrate ICT in classroom education
· Must have their own transport.
