Reports to: AP Intelligence Program Manager
Key responsibilities:

Deliver basic Intelligence training for new teams and individual staff in order to equip new analysts and investigators with foundational knowledge and skills in intelligence operations.
Refreshment training in order to update and reinforce the knowledge and skills of current analysts and investigators to ensure they remain effective and informed about the latest developments.
Advanced training in order to develop skills in specialized areas of Intelligence for experienced analysts and investigators.
Curriculum Design: Participate in the further development of comprehensive AP Intelligence training material

(presentations, manuals).

Policy Implementation:
Ensure that all training activities comply with the AP Intelligence Program standards.
Provides training and guidance on the AP Intelligence SOP.
Conducts Intelligence audits.

Innovation: Train all teams in the usage of the expected new AP Intelligence Program database.

Competencies and experience needed for the job

Minimum 5 years of experience in Intelligence, preferably in a conservation context.
Experience in providing Intelligence training.
Fluency in spoken and written French and English. Any other relevant language is a plus.
Able to self-manage and understand priorities
Good team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work with diverse cultures.
Experience living and working in austere environments, preferably also in Africa.
Strong personal integrity and reliability.
Goal-oriented, motivated, creative, very flexible and able to adapt to change.
Adherence to the values of African Parks.
