Job Purpose
The In Field Auditor is responsible to visit outlets as per the annual audit plan. The In Field Auditor will verify data by capturing data as per the objectives and activity plan of the client and complete adhoc audit requests as per amended plan received from the client.
JOB DESCRIPTION OF IN FIELD AUDITOR
1. Infield Audits:
a. Daily audit routines that includes but are not limited to the following:
a. The Auditing team will also perform Ad Hoc audits / investigations from time to time.
Examples:
Mondays – Saturdays

JOB DESCRIPTION OF IN FIELD AUDITOR
1. Infield Audits:
a. Daily audit routines that includes but are not limited to the following:
- Such audits will be initiated based on in trade activity such as Point of Sales Implementation.
- Auditors will audit the data / information reported on by the sales representative and investigate the activity by means of in trade audits to determine the compliance and the implementation of information / data reported on the sales representative.
- The Auditors will verify the quantity and quality of wall murals done by the Branding Team. Merchandising team pricing board execution
- The Auditors verify Fridges that have not been verified during a sales call to ensure the tracking of Heineken assets
- The Auditors will also assist with fridge investigations (Stolen Fridge's) and reports such incidents to SAPS.
a. The Auditing team will also perform Ad Hoc audits / investigations from time to time.
Examples:
- Mystery shopper – Promotions/Activations
- National or Regional promotion implementation or activations.
- Incidents such as: vehicle accidents, employee misconduct, Fridge Theft, Stock Theft, fraud and any other incident that requires investigation will be performed / investigate by the Auditing team.
