We are currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Fitter 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As a Hydraulic Fitter at Mammoth Global, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment machines that use pressurized fluids to carry power from one place to another. You are responsible for fabricating, repairing, installing and commissioning hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performs inspection, maintenance, installations, and service of pipe structures.
• Performs inspection, maintenance, installations, and service of Hydraulic Hose & Fittings.
• Performs inspection, maintenance, installations, and service of Pump Assemblies.
• Performs inspection, maintenance, installations, and service of Filtration Systems.
• Performs inspection, maintenance, installations, and service of Dispensing Systems.
• Fitting & Related Duties.
• Housekeeping
• Administration
• Comply With Company Policies and Procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Using BOM to fabricate, install threading and various pipe fittings as per required specifications.
• Assembly of pipe systems as per supplied drawings.
• Install pipe structures.
• Fabricate and install hydraulic hoses and fittings as per OEM standards.
• Install hydraulic hose assemblies.
• Using BOM to assemble the dedicated hose assembly as per required specifications.
• Using BOM to replace, repair and install a pump assembly.
• Install and replace various pump assemblies used as powerpack assembly.
• Fabricating, installing and Maintenance on pump assemblies.
• Using BOM to strip and assemble the dedicated bulk filtration system as per specifications.
• Installation of various filtration systems onto mobile machinery.
• Stripping and replacement of bulk filtration system components.
• Conduct mechanical fault-finding on hydraulic dispensing systems.
• Carry out fitting work as assigned by manager.
• Perform fault finding on related equipment, determine the root cause, report fault to manager and rectify the matter.
• Ensure availability of equipment, parts, and tooling to conduct work effectively.
• Deliver high quality work effectively and sufficiently.
• Perform assigned supportive work, in a cost-effective manner, to meet pre-set standards and quality.
• Keep Company Vehicles clean
• Keep tools and equipment clean and report any broken tool and/or equipment to ensure safe working practices
• Ensure that safety for equipment and personnel is always maintained
• Participate in teamwork
• Complete job cards
• Submit a job card report of planned maintenance tasks as per required standard.
• Complete Timesheets and submit Overtime and leave to Manager to sign off
• Might be required to conduct training of staff and/or clients relevant to job/product requirements
• Perform Risk assessments before carrying out assigned duties to ensure safe working practices
• Comply with the Safety Management System Requirements
• Comply with the Human Resources System Requirements (Time Management)
• Comply with the Quality Management System requirements

• Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience as a Hydraulic Fitter or in a similar role.
· Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and machinery.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
· Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Relevant certification or vocational training in hydraulics or mechanical engineering.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience with hydraulic systems.
· Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
· Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting/problem solving hydraulic systems.
· Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
