Salary: R60,000 Cost to Company

Minimum Requirements:

Hospitality Certificate or Hospitality Management Diploma qualification
At least 10 years of experience within the hospitality industry, specifically in 3- & 4-star properties
A minimum of 5 years of general management experience
Standards-oriented with a strong knowledge of Food and Beverage and Rooms departments, ideally with lodge and/or resort experience
High level of customer service, leadership skills, and numeracy skills
Disciplined, organized, with attention to detail, deadline-driven, and strong cost control skills
Excellent communication skills
High degree of self-motivation and ambition

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build a reputation for the F&B offerings that attract weddings, conferences, and non-resident diners
Work with the team to deliver personal and business growth
Manage all expenses to ensure budgeted profits are achieved
Make a significant impact on the property and advance your own career
Develop and implement a strategic plan to promote the hotel's services
Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives for the team
