Your Adventure Awaits:
Lead with Excellence: Oversee all lodge operations, from Housekeeping and Front Office to Food & Beverage and Entertainment, ensuring top-notch quality and service.
Financial Maestro: Manage budgets, prepare reports, and drive financial health with your keen business acumen. Handle building projects, compliance, and HR functions with ease.
Guest Satisfaction Guru: Enhance guest experiences and build strong relationships with timeshare owners, points clubs, and exchange companies.
Marketing Maven: Drive marketing and sales initiatives to boost visibility and occupancy.
Team Leader: Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment and ensure staff development and performance reviews.
What You Bring to the Table:
Relevant Qualifications: Degree in hospitality management, health and safety, or a related field.
Proven Experience: Extensive operations management experience, with a strong focus on property and insurance compliance.
Industry Connections: A robust network within the industry, especially with points clubs and exchange companies.
Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in HR management and wage negotiations.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
