What You’ll Be Doing:
️ Oversee Operations: You’ll be the key to smooth day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
Financial Guru: Prepare and produce monthly financial reports and month-end summaries.
Take Charge: We need someone with a strong work ethic who thrives independently—no micro-managing here!
Drive Exciting Extras: Help build and promote new ventures like paddle courts and a spa! Your forward-thinking approach will be invaluable.
What You Bring to the Table:
5-Star Experience: You’ve worked in luxury settings and know how to maintain top-tier service and quality.
Financial Acumen: You’ve got experience producing financial reports and handling month-end duties.
Tech-Savvy: Must have experience with the Semper System for smooth operations.
Visionary Leader: You’re ready to work with a forward-thinking owner and help bring new projects to life!
️ Hands-On Approach: No hand-holding needed—you're someone who takes initiative.
Perks of the Job:
Salary: R40,000 + Provident Fund & Medical
Accommodation Included—Live in style with utilities covered!
