- At-least 3 years Restaurant Experience
- At-least 1 year working at a Fish and Chips Restaurant ( Added advantage)
- Opening and closing of Restaurant
- Proper cleaning of Restaurant
- Receiving and Packing of Stock
- Preparing Meals as per prescribed Menus/Meals
- Acting as Cashier ( as and when needed)
- Serving Customers by applying sound Customer Service techniques
- Selling Restaurant Meals
- Performing end of task duties
- Doing Stock Counting and recording stock numbers
- Completing and maintaining required admin registers
- Participating in Restaurant Marketing Activities
- Customer Service
- Cleaning Skills
- Cooking Skills
- Mathematical Skills
- Organization
- Basic Understanding of Food Hygiene
- Teamwork and Professionalism
- Communication
- Ability to stand and walk about for long hours
- Ability to work in high temperatures
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
