An Award Winning Game Reserve is looking for an experience Maintenance Manager to join the team. You must have previous experience of working on a Large Big 5 Game Reserve managing a team a Maintenance Team.

Grounds keeping
Pest control and management.
Safety and Security Systems
Sustainability Practices
Management of waste disposal and recycling programs.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
Inventory and Budget Management
Management of maintenance supplies and inventory.
Budgeting for maintenance activities and cost control.
Team Management
Supervising and training maintenance staff.
Suppliers and Contractor Management
Compliance and Safety Regulations
Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Emergency Response
Customer Service Skills
Technology and Software
Applicants to have and inclination and passion for the technical aspects of a high end lodge operation.
The position is a live-in position working on a 6 week on 2 week off rotation. (Single Live in, No Pets)
All board and lodging included.
50% towards medical aid included.
7.5% company contribution of gross salary added to a 7.5% personal deduction of gross salary (15% total) toward company provident fund.
