Tertiary qualification in related field
- 10 years’ experience in the same position in 4 or 5-Star Hotels/Lodges
- Ability to manage and communicate efficiently with diverse team
- SOP establishment and implimentation
- A passion for staff training and upskilling.
- An understanding of guest service and maintenance scheduling around lodge operations
- Computer literate with high level of Excel proficiency
- Experience in all aspects of maintenance (building, plumbing, carpentry, metal work, mechanical, water reticulation and solar )
- Ability to problem solve and impliment preventative maintenance chacks and proceedures.
- Good stock and stores control and maintenance to facilitate remote environment repairs
- BEE candidates will take preference
- Valid RSA ID and Drivers License (PDP highly beneficial)
