The Fundraising specialist spearheads the creation and execution of a robust fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals. They oversee operational aspects and corporate fundraising. Primarily, they devote around 80% of their time engaging with business partners, attending meetings, and networking to secure consistent funding in line with the Foundation's standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or in a non-profit organization in a similar capacity.
5+ years of leadership experience in a comparable non-profit or sales organization.
At least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing.
Strong track record of meeting fundraising targets in a senior fundraising role.
Developing and implementing strategy to generate income.
Direct experience of fundraising via individual giving and digital or via trusts & foundations.
Leading, managing and inspiring high performing teams.
Strategic planning, budgeting and monitoring.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, business, public relations or related field. Certification, diploma or similar qualification in fundraising
