Role Overview:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth operation of the F&B outlets, drive revenue, and ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your leadership and financial acumen will be key to achieving outstanding results and maintaining top-notch service standards.

Salary: R25k per month

What You Bring to the Table:
Matric (essential)
Hospitality Certificate or Hospitality Management Diploma (advantageous)
5+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry within a 4-star property
At least 18 months of management or supervisory experience ‍
Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage and a standards-oriented mindset
High level of customer service, numeracy skills, and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Isizulu or Isi Xhosa is a plus ️
Self-motivation, ambition, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Your Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted revenue targets for the F&B outlets
Control revenue and ensure long-term financial sustainability of the department
Ensure guest satisfaction through exceptional service and positive interactions
Maintain appropriate staffing levels across F&B outlets
Utilize Opera and Micros systems effectively, with specific expertise in Point of Sales
