A boutique styled 5 * Hotel seeks to employ a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the Department, must have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 4 years senior food and beverage Exeperience within a 5* 100 bedroom hotel with banqueting
Hotel School Diploma would be an advantage
Proven stable work record
Willing to work shifts esp over public holidays , required to work duty management shifts / weekends
