- Minimum of 4 years senior food and beverage Exeperience within a 5* 100 bedroom hotel with banqueting
- Hotel School Diploma would be an advantage
- Proven stable work record
- Willing to work shifts esp over public holidays , required to work duty management shifts / weekends
