Financial Administrative Controller - Hospitality Business - Hoedspruit

Kendrick Recruitment, on behalf of an hospitality servicing establishment based in Hoedspruit, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Controller to join their team.
Position:

Title: Financial Administrative Controller
Location: Hoedspruit, Limpopo
Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities: As the Financial Administrative Controller, you will manage and oversee daily administrative tasks across all business divisions of the businesses, ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

General Administrative Duties:
- Process invoices and manage entries in the online stock system.
- Create product SKU codes and maintain pricing tiers.
- Prepare month-end financial reports and liaise with divisions for process improvements.
B2C Retail:
- Oversee administrative activities for the physical retail store.
- Manage daily cash-ups, petty cash, stock takes, and consignment stock.
B2B Retail:
- Support Key Account Managers with B2B sales orders, invoicing, and client recons.
- Coordinate distribution and ensure smooth operations for various B2B entities.
Interior Projects:
- Assist with administration for 2-3 interior projects annually, including obtaining supplier quotes, invoicing, and budget management.

Requirements:

Financial or administrative qualification.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, finance processes, and systems (e.g., Xero).
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, CIN7, and POS systems.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines efficiently.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
South African citizen or holder of a valid work permit.
Own transport and valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills:

Project management experience.
Knowledge of inventory management.
Previous retail industry experience is advantageous.
Interest in African design and interiors is a plus.
