Required Skills & Knowledge
Pay: Up to R28,76 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
Experience:
- Experience in the relevant fields within BOH (Back of House), i.e., cold, hot, & pizza sections.
- Follow all aspects of food and beverage preparation and presentation as set out through brand-specific briefings and recipes.
- Follow and uphold all relevant sectional SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Attendance and active participation in all relevant training sessions on and off-site.
- Training, coaching, and guidance to new hires.
- Control and minimization of waste.
- Knowledge and practice of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Utilizing kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, avoiding and reporting any damage or required maintenance.
- Self-motivated.
- Passion for quality and consistency of product.
- Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts and assist in all sections during busy service.
- Preference for South African I.D. holders.
Pay: Up to R28,76 per hour

Experience:
- Kitchen: 3 years (Required)
