Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Estate Manager to oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, administration, and enhancement of residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the estate, managing on-site staff, and maintaining high standards of service and property care. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of residential properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Supervise and coordinate with on-site staff, including security, maintenance, and front office teams.
Handle contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial plans.
Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing any violations.
Address and resolve residents’ complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and activities to foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
Provide regular reports to the HOA board regarding progress, issues, and ongoing initiatives.
Organize and conduct Estate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other relevant meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an estate manager, property manager, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of property management principles, including financial management.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and effectively under pressure.
