Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an energetic and experienced Duty Manager for a Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek .If you're passionate about delivering 5-star guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Managing:

Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service.
Deliver unforgettable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Resolve guest queries and feedback with professionalism.
Manage staff, coordinate shifts, and maintain team motivation.
Maintain top-tier service standards across all departments.
Assist with front-of-house duties as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar luxury setting.
A passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours in a busy estate environment.
Professionalism under pressure with a positive attitude.
