Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an energetic and experienced Duty Manager for a Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek .If you're passionate about delivering 5-star guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Managing:

What You’ll Be Managing:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service.
- Deliver unforgettable guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Resolve guest queries and feedback with professionalism.
- Manage staff, coordinate shifts, and maintain team motivation.
- Maintain top-tier service standards across all departments.
- Assist with front-of-house duties as needed.
- Experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar luxury setting.
- A passion for exceptional guest service and attention to detail.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours in a busy estate environment.
- Professionalism under pressure with a positive attitude.
