Key Performance Outputs The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Achieving sales targets.
Follow up on sales leads.
Building relationships with key customers.
Opening and closing of store
Reporting to Operational and sales management teams.
Managing/ balancing stock / money within the store.
Ensuring maximised customer satisfaction levels, willing to go the extra mile.
Understanding of the company’s Products and services.
Knowledge, Experience and Requirements
Knowledge of Air Conditioners / Refrigeration / Heat pumps will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and hands-on attitude.
Must live in Polokwane.
Must have a valid drivers licence.
Competencies The ideal candidates should be detail orientated, have good planning skills and must be able to handle pressure. Incumbent should portray high level of skills in areas of sales, prioritising, ability to empower people and must be customer focused. The successful incumbent must possess exceptional interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
