Contracts Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Education:
- Minimum qualification National Diploma or similar, preferably in Logistics/Business Management/Operations Management
- Course in Industrial Relations
- At least 3 years’ experience in the Temporary Employment Services industry
- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar Management role
- Experience in the Recruitment, Administration and Placement of Code 14 and Code 10 drivers
- Have the “Know-How” in dealing with Transporting / Logistics Companies
- Knowledge within the “National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry”.
- Sound knowledge of the BCEA, WCA,LRA and all employment related legislation
- Computer Literate (MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point)
- Good time management skills
- Ability to uphold good relations with clients.
- Interpersonal and communication skills
