Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Set up and adjust the press brake machine to ensure precise bending and shaping of materials.
- Perform quality checks to ensure that all parts meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to the machine as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
- 2-3 years of experience operating CNC press brake machines.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and various metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
- Mechanical ability and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must reside in surrounding area.
