Branch Manager
We are looking for a branch manager for our Cornubia branch, who knows what it takes to drive exceptional customer service, manage a team and drive profitability in a retail store.

- Managerial and customer service skills
- At least 3 years leadership experience in a retail environment
- Experience with Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge or recreational angling will be an advantage
The job will entail the following:
To manage a team of staff at our Cornubia Branch, ensuring that they are well trained, motivated and customer focused.
To ensure that the store environment is impressive and welcoming for an awesome customer experience.
To ensure that the sales of the branch show steady growth, meeting sales and profitability targets.
To ensure that all stock and cash is controlled and properly accounted for.
Managing process, reporting and compliance so that the branch and company are legally compliant and that there is strict adherence to ensuring this.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
