Ecolab is looking for a Associate Master Data Analyst to support the business and usuage to internal systems, especially Syspro. This is a 4 month contract for a maternity leave relief.

Job Characteristics:Understands end-to-end master data processes and flows and uses that knowledge to design and implement master data management solutions. Provides business process, system support and data quality governance for master data through data coordination and integration to ensure efficient processes and consistent data flows to business and stakeholders. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system. Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes. Identifies, reviews and evaluates master data management metrics. Recommends ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. Provides training and support on master data process to users.

Education/Work Experience:Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance Administration, Finance, Marketing or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of experience.

What You Will Do:

End user’s previous day Syspro sessions (or any session longer that 3hours) and unknown processes on the ERP

New account creations

Existing account amendments

New supplier creations

Existing supplier amendments

New SKU creations

Existing SKU updates (including and not limited to setup, BI information, linkages, BOM updates etc)

Inventory movement support and execution

Running balance functions

Existing warehouse management

RE-opening locked sales orders

Re-opening locked purchase orders

Clearing locked goods in transit

Stock take support (including and not limited to stock deallocation, clearing GITs, activation ad confirmation)

Contract price management (updates and query resolution)

List price updates

Provide training and support on master data process to users

Provide basic training and support on Syspro functions to users

Indirect PR module error management

Syspro first & Second line support (maintaining existing user access, workspace management)

Syspro Third line escalations

Liaising with ETS team (requesting service and server reboots when necessary and escalating end-user errors)
