Job Specification
Reporting to the Product Manager (Automation), the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the Artisan to maintain and modify, install, and repair electronics and machinery where necessary. May also inspect production area and report faults to the Artisan to assist in scheduling maintenance or repairs to minimise loss of production.

Job Specification

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Electronic or Electrical trade qualification or studying towards a trade qualification
- Experience with product chip programming, EPROM programming, and computer board component placement and assembly would be a valuable addition to your application
Key performance indicators include:
- Customer service
- Evaluate and diagnose machinery and equipment
- Dismantle, manufacture, fit and assemble parts and components for a variety of equipment
- Maintain internal & external stakeholder relations
- Provide critical customer feedback to management
- Provide advice quotations to clients on maintenance problems
- Initiate continuous improvement (innovation)
- Assembly, installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, as well as upgrading of associated electronic equipment and systems
