Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in the daily operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining the boutique’s chic ambiance.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized and attentive service to each customer, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience. Build lasting relationships with clients and nurture our loyal customer base.
Sales and Visual Merchandising: Assist in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets. Implement effective merchandising strategies that showcase our collection, ensure the store layout is fresh, and create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and motivate the team. Ensure high standards of customer care and foster a positive, collaborative working environment. Step in to lead the team in the manager’s absence.
Operational Support: Oversee the day-to-day operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining boutique standards. Assist in ensuring smooth cashier and administrative processes.
Fashion Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product knowledge. Act as a style consultant for customers and a source of inspiration for the team.
Problem Solving: Resolve any customer or staff issues with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous retail or fashion management experience, preferably in a boutique environment.
Proven track record in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passionate about fashion and personal styling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A natural leader who can motivate and drive results.
