Ensure each guest is treated to a unique and memorable Spa experience.
Self-motivated to assist with financial and operational goals by demonstrating an understanding and interpretation of reports, and effective management of cost and inventory control.
Committed to ensuring Standards and Protocols are maintained as well as identifying areas for learning, innovation and growth aligned with brand standards.
Maintaining consistent interaction, support, and professional communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and hotel departments, vital for the seamless operation of the Spa.
Comprehensive knowledge of all guest services and performs professional Massage, Facial, Beauty and Wellness treatments when required.
Dedicated to own health and wellness to positively commit to the role, responsibilities, and wellbeing of the team.
Requirements:
Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
5+ years’ experience in a luxury spa and hospitality environment of which 1 year in a supervisory role.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Experienced in Spa software management (Chi Desk advantageous),
MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and professional email etiquette.
Package on offer:
Basic Salary
10% commission on Services & Retail personally performed, after working back ½ basic salary.
Staff Meals (one meal per shift served at the hotel staff canteen)
Pension Fund Contribution (6% company + 6% employee contribution in ratio with your salary)
