- Proven experience in a luxury hospitality management role, preferably within a lodge or hotel setting.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and customer billing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A guest-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
