Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager! Are you a passionate hospitality professional with experience in remote luxury lodges? Join an exciting opportunity where you’ll take the reins in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing daily lodge operations. If you're ready to thrive in a serene, isolated environment far from town, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring high standards of service excellence.
Host guests and exceed their expectations with attention to detail.
Manage staff relations, resolve conflicts, and address guest complaints.
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly administration tasks.
Maintain strict stock control and effective financial management.
Package:
Salary + accommodation, Wi-Fi, meals on duty, and laundry on duty.
Working Cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
At least 3 years of proven experience in remote luxury lodge management
Relevant tertiary education in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred)
Strong Food & Beverage background and familiarity with booking systems
Exceptional communication skills in English and Afrikaans
