Key Responsibilities:

Join an exciting opportunity where you’ll take the reins in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing daily lodge operations. If you're ready to thrive in a serene, isolated environment far from town, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring high standards of service excellence.
- Host guests and exceed their expectations with attention to detail.
- Manage staff relations, resolve conflicts, and address guest complaints.
- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly administration tasks.
- Maintain strict stock control and effective financial management.
- Salary + accommodation, Wi-Fi, meals on duty, and laundry on duty.
- Working Cycle: 21 days on, 7 days off
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- At least 3 years of proven experience in remote luxury lodge management
- Relevant tertiary education in Hospitality/Tourism (preferred)
- Strong Food & Beverage background and familiarity with booking systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Afrikaans
