Assistant Lodge Manager - Hoedspruit
Luxury Lodge in the Hoedspruit area is looking for an Assistant Lodge Manager.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge
- Managing, Overseeing and Disciplining Staff
- Staff training and development
- Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
- Hosting Duties
- Allocation of Airport Transfers
- Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
- Acting as relief general manager between lodges
- Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge is necessary
- Res Request experience will be beneficial
- Valid RSA Driver's License
- Proficient in Office and Email
- Exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
- Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
- Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
