ASSISTANT LODGE MANAGER | 5* Luxury Lodge | Eastern Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Lodge Manager for a prestigious 5-star lodge!
Requirements & Experience:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
3-5 years experience in a luxury lodge as an Assistant Lodge Manager, Duty Manager, or Guest Relations Manager.
Proven experience in lodge management and POS/PMS systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Driver’s License essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lodge Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
Oversee guest satisfaction, including handling special requests and managing feedback from platforms like Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.
Supervise and manage lodge operations in the absence of the Lodge Manager.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of lodge team members.
Ensure quality service standards, stock management, and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain lodge equipment and handle preventative maintenance.
