Experience & Skills Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred but not essential.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing high-end safari lodges
- Professional demeanour, maturity, and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong passion for nature and activities related to the lodge's location
- Must have own transportation and a valid driver's license
- Knowledgeable about wine and food
- Exceptional skills in staff and guest relations
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing business needs, and think critically
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in overseeing maintenance and ensuring high standards of lodge upkeep
- Sound employment history with contactable references.
Salary highly negotiable market related
