YOUNGSTARTERS LEAD TEACHER
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood (or related field), Teaching certification may be required in some regions.
· 1-3 years of experience working with preschool-aged is preferred
· Key Skills

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o Creativity in designing age-appropriate learning activities
o Problem-solving abilities
o Classroom management and organization
o Understanding of child development principles
o Ability to observe and assess children’s learning progress
· Familiarity with educational software or tools for young learners, and basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
JOB DETAILS:
· Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills and social interactions.
· Create a structured environment where children feel safe, encouraged, and respected.
· Monitor each child’s progress and behavior, providing tailored learning experiences and identifying any developmental concerns.
· Regularly communicate with parents regarding child’s development, behavior, and any issues that arise.
· Provide emotional support to children, helping them develop self-esteem, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learning.
· Ensure that children follow proper health and safety practices, including hygiene, proper play habits, and emergency drills.
· Work with teaching assistants, administrators, and other educators to ensure that children receive a holistic education
· Address behavioral issues with positive reinforcement techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
· Stay updated with the latest in early childhood education by attending workshops and training sessions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
