Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program

• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act

• Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures

• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions

• Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture

• Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection

• Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager

• Have experience in confined space, high-altitude work, civil engineering or electrical engineering projects

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore)

• Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment)

• Must have Workplace Safety & Health Diploma

• Min. Diploma in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering

· Min. 5 years of WSHO experience in MRT tunnelling

• Physically fit and healthy, hardworking and driven

• Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualifications

• Candidates who are able to come on board within 2 weeks after job offer will have an added advantage
