Primary:
- Receiving parts, components and equipment from customers and suppliers.
- Kitting and issuing parts and component to the service and spares work orders.
- Check inwards documentation before acceptance of all deliveries before receipt.
- Receiving and recording purchased parts, components and services in the system.
- Packing orders according to sales orders and providing weight and dimensions of packed orders to the logistics department.
- Ensure all received stock is undamaged and order is present and accounted for.
- Reporting and assessing stock discrepancies.
- Informing the supervisor about order shortages.
- Maintaining an orderly workspace by keeping the Stores areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Staging orders according to work orders and sales order pick lists.
- Participating in all relevant warehouse activities.
- Assisting with the visual inspection of parts as needed.
- Provide additional support to business when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibility assigned by manager.
- Represent the organisation in a responsible and professional manner.
- GCE O Level or Higher
- Years of experience 2 to 3 years is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Forklift license preferred.
