Warehouse Team Leader

• Basic Up To $3000 + AWS + VB
• 14days AL & Other medical benefits
• 5.5 Days | Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Location: Near Boon Lay MRT

Responsibilities

• Allocate tasks based on current operational conditions and requirements.
• Report any shortages of goods to the Room in Charge or Warehouse Executive immediately.
• Monitor work progress to ensure the timely completion of daily tasks.
• Report equipment or machinery issues to the maintenance team for prompt action.
• Inform the warehouse supervisor if any team members are unfit for work.
• Ensure team members are capable of completing their assigned tasks effectively.
• Supervise team discipline , ensuring adherence to workplace rules and standards.
• Oversee picking accuracy , guiding team members to follow correct procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs , ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Verify checklist completion and ensure that equipment and machines are inspected for any abnormalities.
• Notify team / supervisor if any raw material quality issues are detected.
