Key Responsibilities:

• Pick products from designated storage locations based on customer orders, using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Pack items into shipping containers, ensuring proper packaging and adhering to company standards
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts
• Contribute to a clean and organised warehouse environment, including proper storage of products and equipment
• Inspect products for any defects or damage before shipping
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' / 'O' level / NITEC
• has forklift license
• has a minimum of 1 to 2 years prior experience in warehouse/logistics (cold room environment), preferably in the FMCG industry and with perishable products - produce, meat, seafood and dairy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Proficient in English to understand customer orders and instructions
