- Daily inspection of grounds and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
- Perform authorised preventive maintenance and determine corrective action pro-actively to minimise ad-hoc requests
- Attend to all emergencies and tenants’ request/complaints promptly under the supervisor’s instructions
- Support in upgrading/A&A works as directed by the supervisor
- Maintain stock list and log of all maintenance and spare parts etc
- Ensure proper documentation of work records and work orders upon completion Any other ad-hoc work assigned by Superior
Job Requirements:
- N/ O Level / NITEC with at least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in MCST Environment
- Possess strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge and skills
- Able to work well both independently and on a team
- Meticulous, responsible and able to follow supervisor's instructions
- Exhibit a positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
