The Sr. Account manager in Growth team, is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent prospecting skills and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, present the company’s products or services, and conduct product demonstrations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales hunter role or similar position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with SFDC.COM and sales tracking tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Understanding of IT industry ecosystem.
