Job Description
Social Media and Marketing Executive:
This person will be part of the Marketing Team at Royce Dental Group. He/She will manage the group's social media channels to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience engagement. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
This person will also be required to assist the team in other Marketing campaigns and ad hoc events.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, promoting brand-focused messages
- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Be kept up to date with the latest ad regulations by MOH (ie: PHMC)
- Proficient with Canva for design purposes
- Other ad hoc Marketing and events campaign
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or proven track record / portfolio
- Passion for social media trends and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (i.e., Instagram, Facebook, Online Ads, etc.).
- Proficient in creating marketing materials using design software like Canva or similar tools.
- Possess Diploma, Degree, or Graduate Certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
