Working location : Jurong East
Salary: Up to $2,500
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working time: 9am - 6.30pm
Responsibilities:

• Book shipments internally with the freight forwarding division.
• Collaborate closely with customer service to determine cargo volume.
• Coordinate cargo transfers with warehouse operations.
• Confirm shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading, with overseas agents.
• Pre-alert shipments and address issues with overseas agents.
• Update shipping data in the in-house system.
• Issue invoices for shipments based on billing charges and costs.
• Handle administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Qualification
• Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Shipping or Freight
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
