Shift Charge Engineer
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Reporting to the O&M Manager working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes day and night shifts.
- Lead a team of up to 10 engineers and technicians on a power plant to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the highest HSE standards and drive performance and efficiency across the shift.
- Lead a change management program.
- Effectively coordinate activities with the engineering and maintenance departments.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Min 3 years relevant working experience.
- Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Tuas South and 12 hours rotating shifts.
