- Take orders and explain menu to customers
- Able to address customers' concerns
- Able to relate to people
- Helps in taking reservations, answering the phone, replying to Whats App messages before and during service, responding to any guest requests etc
- Welcome guests warmly to the restaurant
- Be helpful, welcoming and pleasant towards each guest.
- Acknowledge special occasions when notified by customer and keying it in the system for the booking.
- Liaise with the kitchen and GM on the special requests of the week.
- Assist other service crew with work including, but not limited to cleaning the tables, tidying up and setting silverware during service and getting ready for the next seating

Serve food & beverage to guest when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH WELL
- Good people skills
- Good organizer and planner
- Service-orientated
- Ability to operate with flexibility and creativity.
- Well-groomed
- Proactively taking on additional responsibilities where required.
- Can think out of the box

A minimum of 3 years’ experience with customer service preferably at a hotel or a restaurant
BENEFITS
- 5 day week/ 52 hours
- $2500 to $4000 (depending on experience and skills set)
- 12 days of AL (up till 17 days)
- Monthly Attendance Incentive
- Yearly Long Service Award (up to $2000)
- Meal allowance $5 each day
