Job Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and implementing programs for low-income children and families at My First Skool centres

Process applications towards programs funded by Bright Horizons Fund and ensure accuracy in monthly finance processing matters

Ability to manage and engage different stakeholders and vendors to ensure success of the programs

Ability to manage logistics and administrative matters related to program delivery

Assist in ensuring quality in program delivery through onsite observations

Prepare and organize programme data for reporting purposes

Any other ad-hoc matters

Job Requirements:
Degree from recognized university from any disciplines

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite is an advantage

Passionate about supporting children and families with needs

Good communication skills with variety of stakeholders including vendors, colleagues in the various departments, as well as teachers and principals

Responsible and good team player

Meticulous, detail oriented and good time management, able to prioritize tasks and independent
