Sales Executive

· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
· Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to understand clients' requirements and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
· Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet clients' specific needs and address their challenges.
· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospects, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our solutions.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business growth.
· Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
· Drive sales through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing client relationships.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.
· Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
Mandatory & desired skills
- Passion towards business development & sales
- A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Thrives under a sales-driven environment
- Good communication skills & reasonable logical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $1,831.65 per month
