We are agile, fun, customer-centric and our goal is to Superfix was incorporated in 1987 to provide a wise range of semi-finished products made from more than 3,000 different sizes of Stainless Steels, Aluminium Alloys, Engineering Plastics, Copper & Brass, Tool Steels and Fasteners. These consist of rods, plate sheets, coils, heavy-walled and thin-walled tubes, sections in stock and finished goods. Our focus is on providing a total solution, offering sales and services to a diverse base of customers in the Electronic, Chemical, Marine, Food, Automotive, Interior Decoration, Medical, Automation, Semi-Conductor, Disk Drive, Aircraft, Marine, Oil & Gas, Building Hardware and Construction industries..
Be part of our dynamic team by taking on the following position:
SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers enquiries and respond with efficiency
- Process and co-ordinate sales order with various department
- Liaise with supplier, customer and forwarder
- Update outstanding stocks
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree
- PC literate
- Bilingual with good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer focus, sales driven, result oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
- Initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
- 2-3 years experience in telemarketing preferred
- Able to speak and read mandarin
